Both can address the same issues, but coaching inspires ownership, while consulting offers input and clear recommendations. Depending on your goals, we may blend both to maximize impact and results.

How do I get started?

We’ll begin with a free discovery call to explore what you're looking for and whether we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll tailor a coaching or consulting engagement that meets your goals.
What do I need to prepare before a coaching session?
Just show up with curiosity.
You don’t need slides or spreadsheets. I will send you a few questions for you to consider and reflect. What helps most is knowing what’s on your mind or what’s getting in your way. If you’re not sure, we could figure it out together.
Where do sessions take place?
I conduct my coaching sessions virtually via Zoom. In-person sessions may be available on request, depending on your location and the nature of the engagement.
What are your fees?
Let’s have a chat in our discovery call. It depends on the scope and format.
Fees vary based on individual sessions, packages, or organizational programs. After our discovery call, I’ll provide a clear and customized quote.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Missed sessions without notice may be charged, but I understand the unexpected can happen and aim to be flexible where possible.
